About
Todd Maloney
Todd D. Maloney earned his B.S. in Chemistry in 1996 from the State University of New York at Oswego, and his Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2002 from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, under the direction of Professor Luis A. Colón. He started his career in 2001 with Pfizer Global Research and Development in Ann Arbor, MI. While at Pfizer he was a member of the Chemical and Analytical Sciences R&D organizations. In 2007 he joined Eli Lilly and Company as a member of the Analytical Sciences Research and Development division, developing control strategies for commercial phase small molecule drug substances. Todd is currently an Executive Director in Synthetic Molecule Design and Development at Lilly where he leads a team responsible for developing process analytical technologies and integrated process control strategies for synthetic oligonucleotides, peptides, and small molecules. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Enabling Technologies Consortium (ETC) where he is currently Chair of the ETC. Over his career Todd has coauthored over thirty publications, two book chapters, and delivered technical presentations at various conferences and symposia.
