Steve Lehotay is a Lead Scientist with the USDA ARS ERRC in Wyndmoor, PA (near Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia). Since attaining his Ph.D. at the University of Florida in 1992, he has conducted scientific investigations and method development research involving improvement in the analysis of pesticides, veterinary drugs, and other contaminants in foods. He investigates all aspects of the analytical process using diverse techniques in novel and useful ways. Steve has been honored with numerous awards in his career, and according to the Stanford c-score metric, he resides among the top 0.125% of published analytical chemists.
