About This Meeting

In recent years, Supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) has seen its third renaissance having come and gone twice before, each time with great promise of replacing both gas chromatography and liquid chromatography but unable to meet its expectations. The most recent focus and attention has gained traction and now SFC is able to solve problems that GC and LC are unable to match. This presentation will involve a small amount of this history, a small amount of defining what SFC is all about, why it is useful, with a few examples. Then, current topics (not necessarily good issues) will be discussed, followed by a few predictions where SFC is/should/might be going.

Late registrations can be made by e-mailing Sheree Gold at sheree@cfdv.org and indicating your name, employer and work telephone. Alternatively, you can telephone Ms. Gold at 610-742-4981 and provide this same information. Please note that “no shows” will be billed for the dinner.
