Postdoctoral Research Associate
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Eastern Regional Research Center (ERRC), Microbial and Chemical Food Safety (MCFS) Research Unit in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate (Research Chemist) for a two-year appointment to conduct research on analysis of PFAS. Salary range of $79,839 to $103,787. US citizens or permanent residents only. The successful candidate must possess a Ph.D. in Analytical/Environmental Chemistry, or a closely related field received within 4 years of hiring date, have experience in operating liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry instruments (triple quadrupole, Orbitrap), skills in sample preparation, working knowledge of statistical analysis, strong problem‐solving skills and excellent written and oral communication skills with good publication record.
